Critique Response

The critique helped me focus on the areas of my project which needed more work. As I crafted my project for many days, I became engrossed in my own ideas and too familiar with what I was making. This critique allowed me to step back from my own project and see it through the perspective of others. It was insightful to hear how people viewed my work. At times, it was slightly embarrassing as my peers pointed out all of the flaws, but this experience will only make me a stronger artist. It is very important to know how an audience judges your work and to learn how to accept criticism so one can refine their personal skill.
